The Hawthorne House
For the Hawthorne house, I was given the original floor plan and had to remodel it to be more functional. This house was built in 1927 and I was asked to remodel the second floor of this three story house. This is my final project I created through AutoCAD.
The Demolition Plan
The dashed lines indicate what I demolished. I wanted to make a more open space for the Hawthorne family.
The Final Floor Plan
This is what my final floor plan looks like for the Hawthorn's. The place I focused most on was the kitchen. I did the most remodeling here to make it more open. I also switched the living room and the den.

These are my kitchen elevations I created through AutoCADÂ for the Hawthorne house. In the first elevation you can see my barn door that goes into the Landry room.

Details of kitchen cabinets and walls
Base Cabinets
These are my details for my base cabinets. You can see my labels on what everything is from my subway tiles to the toe kick.
Upper Cabinet
For my upper cabinet you can see the top has my crown molding and you can see the inside of the cabinet has a shelving.
Wall Detail
This is a wall detail for my whole house. you can see u have used dry wall and on the inside it has the insulation.
